Whether you are continuing in work with children and young people, getting involved for the first time, or returning after a break, Grow aims to offer volunteer children’s and youth workers, aged 16 and over, the opportunity to:
- Discover new skills and ideas
- Be encouraged and inspired
- Think through big issues in children’s and youth ministry
- Pick up the latest resources

We want children and young people to hear the Good News of Jesus Christ and grow a dynamic relationship with him – investing in training means that we can all do this more effectively.
Working with children and young people is an exhilarating experience; often surprising, never predictable, sometimes difficult, always requiring effort. We all face similar challenges whether in school, church or during the holidays.
Grow is organised by a group of Christian children’s and youth workers from across Inverness. The group includes people who work in local churches and for Christian ministries including Out of the Box who is administering the event.
